Sleeveless top or vest by playful belgian designer dirk van saene. Made from a lightweight indigo cotton denim, it is essentially a sleeveless top with button opening at the shoulder, but is made to resemble a trucker jacket thanks to a trompe l'oeil topstitch (or embroidery).
